Withdrawal and Refund Application Form

As outlined in RGIT Australia’s Deferment, Suspension, Withdrawal, and Cancellation Policy and Procedure, RGIT Australia will first confirm that the application is complete and accompanied by the required supporting documentation. Following this, the application will be reviewed to determine whether it will be approved or rejected.

Please be aware that, as per policy, the student is required to pay the full international student fees for the duration of the enrolled course(s). To proceed with the withdrawal from the course, please ensure that any outstanding fees are settled.

Additionally, a withdrawal administration fee of $250 applies and must be submitted along with the completed Withdrawal Form. Note that incomplete applications may result in the rejection of the withdrawal request.

The refund process will only be activated once the withdrawal takes effect. Please allow up to 15 working days after the withdrawal takes effect for your refund application to be processed (20 working days total).
